Postage and Packing Costs
Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are free. We are delighted to ship to Europe at a cost of €10.00 and to the Rest of the World at a cost of €15.00. Certain RoW exclusions may apply, please contact us via Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for confirmation.
We use registered deliveries via An Post, the Irish Mail Service for all our deliveries. Please be sure to give your full address, including Eircode/Postal Code when placing your order. This address must be a location where the goods can be signed for, as all deliveries are fully insured. As such, each delivery must be signed for, as proof of receipt.
Our prices include Irish VAT (currently 23%). Any orders for delivery outside Europe are exclusive of Irish VAT but tax and duties at time of importation into non-EU countries is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Prices and Stock Availability
Prices charged for specific goods will be confirmed at time of placing order. However, we reserve the right to change the prices of both goods and post and packing charges at any stage.
All of our jewelery is carefully packaged prior to dispatch. If the piece of jewelery is damaged in transit, we will only be responsible for the cost of replacing said item. We cannot be held responsible in any way for any damage or indirect loss caused by the late arrival of, or damage to, or caused by
any goods sold by the Company.
It is possible to return purchases within 20 days of signed receipt for exchange or refund. Where an item has been specially ordered, manufactured, and/or engraved, exchange will not be possible.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return goods to us, please contact us immediately by email (email@example.com). On receipt of your email we will respond to you with further instructions. Only unworn pieces of jewellery can be returned. The goods must be returned using the original packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
The cost of returning the goods to us will be at your own expense and we strongly recommend that you utilise a reliable delivery service, as we do not accept any responsibility for goods which have been stolen, lost or damaged while being returned to us.
